Length of ownership: more than 1 year
Pros: This pump has served me for 18 years (purchased in August of 2000, it finally died in Nov 2018. I'm buying another one just like it. It survived months of inactivity when I was away from the cabin and constant use when I was living here full time over the years. It was one of my best purchases to keep home feeling like home.
Cons: It's a little more expensive than some of the other options, but is worth the extra for peace of mind and to not have the hassle of frequent replacement.
