Warranty Policy

All products purchased from Worldwide Power and Pump Services; Inc. includes a maximum of 1 year of manufacture warranty. Product warranty is the manufactures guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials used in construction of the product and is NOT a guarantee against any type of failure you might experience. All warranties are determined by each manufacturer's warranty policy guidelines unless otherwise noted. All products may be subject to manufactures inspection to determine if a manufacturing defect in workmanship or material was the cause for the failure and the manufacture may request a return for inspection. All products in question are to be returned to Worldwide Power and Pump Services, Inc. at customers cost for that manufacture inspection. Worldwide Power and Pump Services, Inc. will process a manufactures warranty claim and forward returned product to the manufacture warranty claim representative. During the warranty period, manufactures may at their option, repair or replace any products that proves to be defective according to warranty guidelines for that product. Worldwide Power and Pump Services, Inc. assumes no liability for the manufactures warranty or manufactures final warranty determination. Warranty shipping cost for return of repaired or replaced product is at customers cost and under no circumstances is shipping cost covered by the manufacture or Worldwide Power and Pump Services, Inc. When a product is put in service the shipping has been completed satisfactorily for installation to be completed. It is suggested the customer have a replacement product (BackUp) available to avoid loss of use while a warranty claim is being pursued. A backup is not the responsibility of Worldwide Power and Pump Services or the Manufactures. A 10% discount on a backup is offered by Worldwide Power and Pump Services when requested.
